$223 million of taxpayer money was spent on a white elephant that was barely used and didn’t even meet requirements.
It’s clear the Palaszczuk Labor Government did everything it could to hide the shameful cost of their waste.
Time after time they hid behind commercial-in-confidence, when they should have released the details to Queenslanders.
The Auditor-General has slammed the Palaszczuk Government’s desperate attempts to hide the truth.
This was never about keeping Queenslanders safe this was about a Government saving face.
This is a window into the constant state of chaos and crisis of the Palaszczuk Government.
Queenslanders deserve better.
